What can be returned?

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a printer or consumable that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will be happy to arrange for a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no additional cost.

What can’t be returned?

  • Opened Consumables: Due to hygiene reasons and ensuring product quality, we cannot accept returns for opened toner cartridges, ink cartridges, or other consumable items.
  • Used Printers:¬†We cannot accept returns for used printers. If your printer is malfunctioning, please refer to the warranty for repair or replacement options.
  • Items Ordered by Mistake: We understand mistakes happen! However, we cannot accept returns for items ordered incorrectly unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival (as outlined above).

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us within the specified timeframe (7 days for defective/damaged items) via email at [email protected] Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and any photos if applicable.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  3. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged.


  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for your purchase.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
